One time on a farm...
Nuestras Raices, a Grass Roots organization located in Holyoke impacts the community in a profund way. Their produce has been used in the school systems and even in Holyoke's first pop up restaurant that took place last Friday and Saturday. Not only do they have a large farm down by the river, they have 9, yes, 9! community gardens located in the downtown sections of Holyoke. They are part of the community in so many ways.
